My story:
I first became interested in past life exploration when I was in undergraduate school at the University of Virginia. At the time, I had the privilege of attending several lectures by Dr. Ian Stevenson, head of the Department of Psychiatry for UVA’s School of Medicine. Dr. Stevenson is considered an expert in the field of Past Life research. He made it his life’s mission to prove the validity of reincarnation by collecting evidence for the proof of reincarnation in case studies involving young children who demonstrated explicit, detailed past life recall. His cases are compelling and presented in a scientifically convincing manner.
If you believe in synchronicities, perhaps that seemingly random experience in my life was destined to shape my choice to make the study of Past Life Regression one of my hypnotic specialties. I have been conducting PLR sessions on clients for over 20 years. During my professional career in the field of hypnosis, I have studied with Brian Weiss, MD, who is the author of many books on the subject of PLR Hypnotherapy including “Many Lives, Many Masters.” And I am Certified in Past Life Regression Therapy from Richard Sutphen and Henry Leo Bolduc, both of whom are considered expert hypnotherapists in the field of advanced hypnotic techniques for Past Life Regression.

Rebecca is certified in both Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy with over 25 years in experience in both. All Soul Exploration sessions include pre-session training videos along with homework where Rebecca or one of her staff will review your questions and your goals for the Soul Exploration experience. The Soul Exploration session is a half day private intensive conducted in person or virtually via Zoom.

+ Can Everyone Be Hypnotized?
Everyone enters a hypnotic state every day, several times per day. It’s that state you are in when you are watching TV, reading a good book, engrossed in a movie that makes you happy or sad, and while listening to music. It’s the state you are in when you are just waking up or just going to bed. The lightest state of hypnosis (Alpha) is achieved easily and feels like you are daydreaming. Deep hypnosis which is when your brain waves are resonating in Theta tends to feel more like a light dream state or sleep.
+ Can Anyone Be Hypnotized to Remember Past Lives?
Yes! I always tell people interested in trying past life exploration that it doesn’t matter whether you believe in the idea of reincarnation or not. Just come with an open mind! + I'm not sure if I should do Past Life Regression or Journey Between Lives?
Many times in a session, we do both. In fact, with most clients we begin with PLR and finish the session with JBL to understand the karma, soul lessons, and soul themes that are a huge take away from this experience.
+ Will I Be Unconscious or Asleep When Hypnotized?
The fact is, you do not have to go to sleep or lose consciousness to experience success with hypnosis. On the contrary, most clients achieve a very pleasant alpha brain wave state or daydream level of hypnosis in their first session. Hypnosis is not a state of being unconscious. It is a state of deep relaxation or focused concentration instead. At home, on second and consecutive listening of your recording, most clients experience a deeper level of hypnosis (theta brain wave state) which feels like light sleep. This happens because your conscious mind is your protector and once it has heard the suggestions in the office and is comfortable with them, you will go deeper relaxed with consecutive listening sessions.
